To start using SIP Trunking, ensure that both the signaling and media IPs are whitelisted on your network firewall.

SIP Signaling​

Teler will use the below IP addresses for both SIP termination and origination.

IP Addresses​

3.7.75.192 (IN)

Supported protocols​

  • TCP (Port 5060)
  • TLS (Port 5061) (Recommended)

Media​

Real-time call media will ingress/egress through the below IP addresses.

Supported protocols​

  • RTP (Ports 16384 - 32768)
  • SDES-SRTP (Ports 16384 - 32768) (Recommended)
